You probably need to relax a bit more. The guys on here are usually decent in their approach unless of course you vote Tory, that’s when the real bile comes out. Ignore them, put your quotes wherever you want……

I appreciate that Pete, I do. But there is a theme I've noticed in reply to my posts recently. It is a sad reflection on certain posters.

I don't like to call out people. And really I don't like having to say I'm gay a lot either.

But this place honestly can't grasp what we as a community. We want to live a normal life and not be a subject of debate on a daily basis.

I don't want a microphone to spread a message. It should just be accepted and that hurts and maybe that makes me a little bitter Pete.

I was taking the P out of the anti-gay bigots, highlighting their ridiculous positions by co-opting their language into my own (genuine) annoyance at the way you use quotes in posts. It's called satire.

I know we haven't interacted a lot but if you'd care to scan back through my posting history you'd probably realise I'm a progressive liberal, as Woke as the next man. So sincere apologies, I was not attempting to do you any harm or insult over your sexuality and I hope we can move past this misunderstanding.

It's a sinful lifestyle these bottom-quote reply posters lead. Who knows what other deviancy they practise? I think they should undergo some sort of conversion therapy program where they learn good, wholesome, god-fearing quoting habits, possibly via some sort of electro-shock.

This is a piss take. If any of this was even remotely real, it'd have been jumped on two footed by plenty.

When I write a serious post in defense of my support of transexuals from @Mikey_Fitzgerald and @Walken which was unacceptable in every sense of the word.

Your only instinct was to make a joke out of it.

Only what two days after a thread created about woke got turned into a joke again about transexuals for about 30 pages worth.

Well again the same posters want to come quickly to defend a mate. Didn't expect anything else
