They're the cheapest. Most want around £2,500.

Dont want to sound dense, but you need a diagnosis for your ADHD?

To get a PIP assessment quicker? Been out the game a few years but never heard of this.

Oh, sorry I've probably been misleading here.

What I meant was I can wait for eternity for NHS Right to Choose diagnosis for ASD, or I can pay £900 to the exact same company (Psychiatry UK) and get a consultation in 2 weeks.

The system is rigged.

I get you. If you are planning on applying for PIP would always advise to apply and request the application forms as soon as possible as the first payment gets backdated to your initial contact especially if you have an appointment for diagnosis in a couple of weeks. Not sure how long it will take to get an assessment

We went through it about 3 years ago, (lockdown), and it was all done by phone. Was pleasantly surprised at how decent the process was if I am honest.

I remember aye. I guess face to face assessments were suspended then. I’d imagine that isn’t the case anymore. The process can be pretty traumatic and invasive for some

Mad thing was, cos Nikki was mentally totally fine after her escapades, and is a naturally intelligent person, with great diction, they marked her down cos of that! Couldnt lift a kettle, but sounded "fine"! Like you say, it was all back dated to when she left hospital, as was my Carers Allowance.

I've just been quoted £900 to jump the queue to get a diagnosis (that I 100% should be given). The alternative is wait months and months and don't claim PIP.

Your PIP monies will with out doubt go to Private health, whole reem of services from Orthotics to Ear are now in private care up and down the country. These up to recently had been in hands of NHS community services.

People are talking about Cameron as being to the ‘left’ of the Tory party? Anyone know why this is? The cuts to public spending under the guise of ‘austerity’ have caused irreversible damage.

Because Cameron was and is way smoother then any Tory that's been around since he left. He also presents himself as a likeable fella, many people mistake that for being "to the left" of the party. Nostalgia and a general lack of interest in politics will do that.

Valance is attempting to stitch up everyone to ensure he comes out of it whiter than white. Bearing in mind he was always stood next to the PM, was the Chief Scientific Officer throughout, I think he is just covering his own back tbh…had he truly believed a different course should have been followed then he should have said so at the time, when lives were at risk, and not now after the event…….

Has Whitty or Van Tam said anything yet.?… I’m not talking about liars or whatever. But if I had been the CSO I would have said what I believed and kept my professional integrity intact, if he didn’t at the time then he was not worthy of the position in the first place……
