These are the people who want to ban Whatsapp from the UK because it's encrypted and they won't give them a backdoor into reading all of our messages "just in case we're terrorists".
Then when they use the very same platform for official Govt communication which should be kept on record, it's all "Whoops, I've set it to automatically delete the messages for purposes unknown. Also I've changed my phone and 'forgot' to back up my messages, and also my PA took my old phone on a ferry trip and accidentally dropped it into the sea.
