The thing is, if you are truly looking to create a preventative service rather than a reactive one, then you're going to need a whole bunch of stakeholders that aren't the NHS. That is just your opinion and that of other Remainers. My points were cogently put - it's your problem if you (and others) do not have the capacity to understand equivalence. Do you REALLY know what that is, Tory man, or will you just equivocate as usual?

As for this: '...If the country needs to defeat the Luftwaffe we'll call you...' Please explain this snide remark. A little history lesson: the Luftwaffe was defeated in 1945 by the Allied nations. The Luftwaffe became our allies in the 1950s when it was reconstituted under NATO. Do keep up...
