Albanian organised crime groups have taken over the drug market in London. They supply the majority of the gangs. They have also reached out towards other parts of the country and are tightening their grip there.
Interestingly the only area where they have no influence over drug supply is Liverpool, as the gangs here refuse to allow it.
It’s hardly a surprise the largest group of people coming into the UK are from Albania. The money that can be earned from organised crime is vast.
The Albanian organised crime groups displaced the Yardies and the more traditional British organised crime drug groups in London, as their brutality and willingness to kill, torture and maim anyone, who crossed their path, is off the scale. Many times worse than that of the Yardies, which says a lot !
They`ll also heavily involved in people smuggling, prostitution and protection rackets.
They have a fearsome reputation right across Europe and are amongst the lead organised crime groups, involved in the boats crossing the Channel.
One of my best mates, who is in the Border Force, does very little else, but work with the other agencies, in trying to combat Albanian Organised Crime Groups and their activities in the UK.
A lot of so called " migrants " are in fact Albanian criminals, hiding amongst genuine migrants, so Albanians are always going to be subject to much more scrutiny, than other nationalities.
They did have a go at taking over Liverpool, but the Liverpool Organised Crime Groups, fought fire with fire and the Albanians decided that they`d leave Liverpool alone.
