I've mentioned it before but this book should be mandatory reading:

The only big call Johnson made was 'Fweedom Day' and that was ham-fisted. The Conservatives handling of covid was a catastrophic failure from start to finish and 10s of 1000s of our families, friends, neighbours, doctors, nurses and care workers died as a result of their staggering ineptitude.

Not hard to guess where all the BNP knuckledraggers went after that vile party was disbanded is it? Like the Republicans in the US, the Tories allowed themselves to get infiltrated by far right extremists

Faced with a horrendous public image and a processing backlog that is turning Manston into a concentration camp. Herr Braverman looks likely to continue with plans for, no doubt costly and time consuming, x-rays, CT scans or MRIs to investigate the age of migrants. Who would dream up such as scheme? of course the answer is Priti Patel, the modern day Mengele.

Who will get the juicy contracts to perform and administer such tasks? What will happen to the data? What safeguards will be in place for young and vulnerable people?

In other related news, much celebration as 'contractors' managed to ship out bus loads of people from Manston.

I know I'm making some assumptions here but I'm guessing the 'contractors' are tory donor linked cash cows that are world class in rinsing public money out of the treasury, but utterly incompetent at carrying out the task being paid for as per everything related to covid, ferry contracts et all.
