He's a disgrace to the leave community.
He can`t answer at the moment as he`s currently marshalling his Brexit Dads Army along the Dover coast line, ready to repel all migrants heading for dear old Blighty.

Sadly for Pete, comrade Johnson has created an ambivalence towards cyclists that means his lickspittlery is unlikely to gain similar commendation, although anger against young brown people has been duly noted.
Is it the fact he was on a bike that draws your defence of him, and there’s me talking about law and order when I should have been talking about bikes and cars.....
If anything it's a defence of the legal system who will know an awful lot more about him and his case than some online vigilantes. I find it amazing that you can sit here and claim to be better placed to judge on the merits of his case than the judiciary who oversaw it.My defence of him? lol If anything it's a defence of the legal system who will know an awful lot more about him and his case than some online vigilantes. Such is the Way of Peteblue.
Do you accept that sometimes people, even judges dare I say, get things wrong ? ......
That’s fine, but let’s see what happens when this case is reviewed.....
Of course they do, but I'd still wager their decisions are going to be better than ours, given the respective knowledge levels of us and them.
Calling people snowflakes, don't live in the real world, assuming replies and going to the extent of quoting said assumption. What drivelToo many Snowflakes moaning about how seeing armed police on the streets will make them feel less safe.
These people need to get in the real world. They use the usual excuse of “but look what armed police are like in America”.
Why is it always America where the people have the right to bear arms? Why not look at armed police in Austrila or Europe where timbers are no issues with the police being armed.
These counties have policing models a lot like our country. But it’s easier to bring out the American police brutality card and oppose everything.

All I've seen is people suggesting a longer term strategy that moves towards a more inclusive and thriving society and prevents the likelihood of violent crime in the first place. I realise that doesn't fulfill your fantasy for being 'tough on crime' whatever that means, but I'm sure it makes for youtube clips and reality TV, thought the reality is it achieves nothing whatsoever, and is just utter right wing guff from the 'bring back the death penalty' idiots
That's not being tough on crime, it being punitive for the sake of appearances. Increasing police resources and training is a start and necessary, but it doesn't touch the root causes and we can start on them by getting rid of this disgusting tory governmentAnd what is this long term strategy that you speak of?
You also don’t believe we need to be tough on crime? Have you seen what it’s getting like out there. I’m not just talking about stabbings, the other day there where 100 youths attacking a group of police officers.
I’m interested on your ideas of how we make the streets safer, more inclusive and thriving? As you state people are suggesting this but how do we go about putting this into action.
