Michigan secretary of State on CNN there saying their major areas have more votes uncounted than what is the current gap between the two parties

I stick bout half an hour back, I would cautiously estimate him (Biden) to win by 200k.

For me he needs Nevada, Wisconsin and Michigan, as I think he’s too far adrift in Pennsylvania, and I can’t see any other route for him.

25% of the votes to come in Pennsylvania - I would't count that as gone.

I see him taking:

AZ as well as the ones you mention.

It's going to take a full count to get there.

I'm going to have a look at PA next, had a quick glance and looked very live to me, with just under 1/2 of the Philidelphia votes to come.

700K in PA is a lot to overcome. Pittsburgh isn't overwhelming. WI looks promising, Michigan maybe. Georgia?

IIRC Biden name checked PA in his speech today and pretty much put his neck on the line by almost calling it.

Even if Trump holds on in PA, with MI & WI Biden gets 270 It's almost over.

To think, Biden's 21K win in Nebraska's 2nd congressional district might end up deciding this election. Had Trump won that 1 electoral vote (assuming he holds on in PA), it would have been 269-269, and the state delegations in the House would have given the win to Trump lol

@davek I actually appreciate your optimism. The alternative, thinking that Trump will continue as President is truly terrifying. Even more than it was four years ago. The pandemic makes this scenario very scary. For the past two weeks Trump has been mocking the virus, his supporters were just chanting yesterday "fire Fauci" and Trump pretty much has said that if he wins he will fire him. Our nation won't be able to get this pandemic under control under his leadership, at least not soon enough. So I'm still hopeful for a Biden win for the sake of this nation.

This scenario was talked up for almost the past month: too tight to call on the numbers until ALL the votes were counted that were entitled to be counted. That's why we heard so much of a song and dance about state court decisions on what was submissable and for what period.

I think we are precisely where we were told we'd be. A landslide on the night would have been great, obvioulsy. But we were all told to prepare for this outcome.

Sit tight and watch the numbers ramp up for Biden in votes to be counted.

Id say let him, so long as he can’t influence actual decisions but it’s his extreme right wing followers like the proud boys and QAnon that will pick up from him that worry me

Biden now at 1/4 & it’s looking increasingly likely he’s going to squeak home by winning in Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan & Nevada.

That’s how I see it too. But no margin for error. Squeaky bum time.
