Absolutely, I belief it's fair.

I disagree entirely that my parents who did not go to university, should pay through their taxes for me who did.

As has been pointed out repeatedly though, the taxpayer are going to pay through their taxes for it. All that debt that students don’t have to repay does have to be paid back by someone.

Yep I know that, but far far more has to be paid by the taxpayer if we didn't have student loan repayments.

I'd increase it more for graduates before scrapping tuition fees. I don't agree with it being free for those who benefit from it.

Anyway, this is my fault for going off at a tangent. On topic.... Biden to win just about.

Can somebody explain to me why the size of the postal vote is expected to delay the result of the election. Possibly by weeks.

Surely it's just a case of putting a deadline on postal votes being returned, and any not received by that date are just not counted. Or is that to simple?

4 years eh...I was in Zagreb when Trump first got elected, 7AM in the Morning, wednesday, I checked my phone and BBC News notifications, Trump winning the US elections shocks the world, or smth like that. It's still like yesterday, time flies by...not for fellow Americans I assume though lol I am sure many will once again remember that exact moment when they first realised the clear winner in two days time.

Didn't sleep well that night, that's for sure

Under normal circumstances, absentee ballots take weeks to count. Since they are a small fraction of the overall vote, this only matters in a very close election.

Counting mail ballots is a time-consuming process because someone has to physically certify that everything is in order and tally the vote not just for the national candidates, bit for a myriad of state and local offices as well. You never have enough people counting them, because you don't want to let just anyone do it. Most people don't want to volunteer, so the prospect pool is loaded with people with an interest in the outcome that are incentivized to lie.

That's too simple. This is America, mate, where even facts are up for debate

We wouldn’t, and didn’t, but you are right that’s it’s off topic.

The people it impacts are graduates who start off poor (like me) and end up having a decent career but having hundreds of pounds a month taken out of their salary.

Meanwhile, wealthy people who had their university paid for by their parents take home more on the same salary.

So in that sense, it is regressive.

It's just about how far into the 300 electoral college votes this goes now. 330-360 is the bookies favourite spread bet.

I've only watched his Bill Gates video.

That was enough to confirm he is a fruit loop.
Yet you keep linking more and more videos?

Always different videos as well. You are going out of your way to whatever platform he is posting on and finding a brand new video

Oh and watching them all to make sure the content is relevant to the point you are making.

I think this fella has a new fan tbh
