So, has the latest Iowa poll scared the bejesus out of anyone else, and/or triggered 2016 PTSD flashbacks?

Nope.

Over the last day there have been 11 polls released by 4 quality polling orgs. 9 good for Biden, 2 good for Trump.

If, as I'm betting, we win NC then IA won't matter.

No district-level polling that I am aware of in PA, MI, WI or elsewhere reflects a similar shift. Meanwhile, a couple of Texas GOP electeds have come out and said the idiots in trucks chasing the Biden bus and the GOP-led lawsuit to invalidate 120,000 votes via drive-thru in Harris County do not help the cause of the party and are dangerous.

Have my Gana jersey on today (love the guys who do the hard, dirty work in competition). Hope it brings us good fortune v the Barcodes. Then back to the phones this afternoon!!

Polling had the race consistently close or with Clinton up a bit, until this same poll a few days before the election swung significantly to Trump (+7). He ended up winning Iowa by 10... and there was a similar swing in other states’ election results.

Just hoping this poll isn’t similarly predicative this time round

But Biden is up by 12% in Wisconsin and 8% in Michigan, and ahead with 4/5 % in a few other states that Trump only ended up winning by a fraction in 2016.

I think there's being cautious and then there's being unrealistic about a Trump comeback. He's a known entity this time around and no one is going to say "You know what, maybe he will clear up the mess and drain the swamp. Let's suck it and see".

Biden by a landslide + the Senate and the House in Democratic hands.

Just realised the turnout was freaking %55 for the last election in 2016...for a country this much heated and political, crazy stat. It should at least %70 for this one like European countries.

Selzer is a good pollster but atm it looks like an outlier like the +17 WI one for Biden. That said I’m not going to be confident of anything until the results come in!
