It stinks to high heaven of being dodgy tbh.

Looks like some of the text messages etc are probably real, but that it's entwined with a lot of false/misleading information. Also, the only bits that actually involve Joe Biden himself (if even true) were in 2017 when he was no longer VP.

Worth noting that the last 3 CIA heads (both Republican and Democrat) plus countless other intelligence officials have all said it has all the hallmarks of a foreign disinformation operation, and I believe the FBI are investigating it as such.

Of course, Trump doesn't care about details like that, and is doing his best (with limited success, so far) to weaponise it.

Hard to say for sure, I see loads of stuff saying its completely false but no detailed evidence. His lawyer ringing the computer repair shop to ask for the hard drive back does seem a bit odd if there was nothing on there but who knows.

Its crazy - if you accept it as fact (and has been said already its dodgy as hell) then its basically an accusation that Hunter traded on his name to make money, being pushed on behalf of a family who literally trade on their name to make money all the time. Its as if Nixon had dealt with Watergate by accusing Woodward and Bernstein of burgling his office.

Let's not lose sight of the fact that these people are money grabbing turds who are for the continuation of a scandalously unequal society. Biden is no progressive, he's just not a fascist - THAT is his only advantage over Trump.
