Summer transfer window.

I think Spurs can and probably will be leveraged into selling Richarlison for less than 50 percent of what they bought him for this Summer. He will leave for around 20 million imo.

His injuries are a concern but he’s still only 28, and he’s currently outscored any of our players having only played 50 percent of games! He can also play across the front line.

People will whinge and demand the perfect transfer, and then we will end up spending £15 million on someone like Chermiti, who ends up being even crapper than Tom Cannon.

No big deal if he doesn’t come, but I think he can ‘lead the line’ as well as, y’know, put the ball in the back of the net.

We will also end up selling the likes of McNeil and Iroegbunam for around 15 million each!
Is this serious, Richarlison on a free is still a waste of wages. He was decent in a relegation team, luckily we are a lot better than that and Moyes won’t look twice at him.

Is this the actual ambition of our fans, a bang average player who plays for teams fighting relegation and plays about 10 games a season. luckily our manager has more ambition than fighting relegation.

He was a bang average footballer in a poor relegation team, and is now struggling in another relegation team, and before was also average in another relegation team.
There is a reason no one decent wanted him.

Luckily for us Moyes wouldn’t touch him with a bargepole due him being average and also injury prone.
Stones?

Woltemade not getting a game at Newcastle now Wissa is fit, persistent stories for the last month that he wants to leave.

Probably no value in a deal like that, and if he did go he would most likely end up back in Germany. Would love him here though.
Said after 2-3 games Woltemade would be sussed out on this forum. Lasted 7 games or so instead. Lazy, gangly player. Shimmies on left leg and drives ball the same way. Easy to read his game. Now playing deeper and struggling against good Prem defenders. Will get odd goals because of decent quality players around him BUT again I say he's nothing special.

If we had signed him instead of Barry we would be much higher in the league imo
No chance, aside from the fact he is a massive yard dog, he is a walking card generator with some of the challenges he makes. Barry has shown he has a finish on him and if you look at his xG (6.64) and he has scored 5 goals so far so he is actually performing near to what would be expected. I really don't think some of our fans understand how little we create for the strikers during certain matches. We have the likes of Grealish, Ndiaye, KDH, Garner, Alcaraz, Dibling (not convinced on this one but willing to give it a bit of time) , George even Armstrong now but we don't know how to use any of them properly in an attacking sense. The 4-2-3-1 setup isn't so much the issue but the way we execute it and go about our business at times is as the striker (no matter who that is) is just feeding on scraps.

Our fans desperately need to get a clue about Barry vs other prem strikers

Delap has less xG per 90 mins and a THIRD of the goals per 90 mins than Barry while playing for flipping Chelsea. Not had a single key pass all season. Loses possession 1.5x as much. Lower pass completion. Won fewer possessions. Misplaced more passes.

All this on a team that has scored 47 goals to our 29. If you think we'd be much higher with Delap over Barry then you need to question why you think that.
