I agree friction is healthy mate, but it has become a running theme over the last week or so and it would appear that we're losing out as a result.
At this stage, it should be Marc Watts stepping in, as the most senior TFG representative at the club.
You don't have to make a lot of leaps to deduct that it's Moyes on one side and Kinnear/Hammond on the other.
I don't know how you solve that mess but it is a mess and does need solving yesterday.
Not for me mate - you leave it alone now and review on the 2nd of Sep. We are at a critical point now, were the market is close to almost being flushed out and availability is going to be at its max. If as reported we do another 3/4 deals - lets wait and see if that friction is healthy or not. If we made a bags of loads of deals thats for review and accountability on the 2nd of Sep - there should be a through review success or failure of the window.
In my own opinion there are expectations amongst the fanbase that just wont be met, reasonably so far 7/8 players have been brought in depending on your perspective - people would feel a whole lot better if they were right sided players - so that's the anxiety really - an unbalanced squad.
We are behind in some deals and ahead in others - we didn't expect to get
Grealish this early i believe (or at all) - we thought it would go to the end of the window.
Personally i think we make one big investment - right wing, one lesser one - midfield/utility and a loan - maybe two if we miss out on a midfield target permanently or can do a loan with obligation/option at midfield.
Overall its still hold your nerve time for me.
