Reading that report is absolutely grim. Handing the reigns of the rebuild to the manager is bananas. 15 years out of date strategy.

Speaks volumes that they wanted to keep Purdy but he left rather than finally have some money to spend.

Not sure about that but I know his highlights compilation was set to a song called “the lucky one” and featured a clip of him scoring an own goal.

The frightening thing for me is that TFG look to have brought in a manager and CEO who dont want to spend cash.

We're in desperate need after utterly butchering this squad for years of a massive injection of cash in the first team.

Things will crack here at this club quicker than it did under Moshiri.

I'd bank on that.

….they can certainly flatter. I have no idea how good the source is but we have finally got a new recruitment regime and if Brighton are also keen then it’s an encouraging link.

It would also suggest RB is a priority position.
