Given that Paddy B says Purdy bagged Alcaraz after tracking him for years, I wouldn’t join a transfer committee either if I suspected we were then going to let him go and sign Soucek instead. Kind of makes your position seem a bit pointless.

A recruitment structure has to be in place when it's needed. This summer it seems like everything will be done ad-hoc.

I just don't get how Moyes can have devoted anytime to thinking about this and then turn to a support team that either isnt there or just in or out the door.
