Would ye do a good jobOnly if ....
He would have been my first choice before being at Utd. So hard to tell once people have that stink of manure on them.Yep. Did well at Sporting and Utd is a clown show. Still managed to get them in and about CL places.
Also his 3 at the back obsession may work for us
To stop you linking meWould ye do a good job
What's yer CV like

Who are you thinking about? Not being aggresive. Just interestedNot much- but I’ve seen chronic mismanagement of the under 23s who are in and around the first team squad.
More chance of him joining the harlem globetrotters.....Just need to get him looking good enough to sell just like we should have sold Beto in the summer after his ‘hot’ streak when we actually managed to play balls for him to run onto as I think there was interest from Leeds early in the window.
In English please Joey..More chan e of him joi I b the harlem globetrotters.....
I hear what you're saying Rita and I'm not being overly greedy I think as I'm prepared to be patient with a new manager who can implement a style which has us enjoying watching the football on matchdays again (I can't remember the last time this happened) I'm just sick of defensive and reactionary coaches who are more preoccupied with the opponents ability rather than focusing on how we can take the game to the opposition and unsettle them. I'd also like a coach who isn't afraid to play attacking full backs even if it comes at a risk of defensive instability (even one attacking full back would be nice!)Well, the league dictates what is allowed, kick and rush football exists because it occasionally gets results. A good defence makes less mistakes.
We got an entertainment brand philosophy manager, look how bad that ended up. Great watch for the neutral like, but we were doomed with a thimble full more. A quite horrid excuse of a man, so warped by his own lies he couldn't tell night from day. Thankfully found out 100 times over since.
This season has criticised boring one nil arsenal for being set piece merchants. They're top of the league. Who is happy anywhere?
Took Moyes what, 6 years to get a good starting eleven together in his first spell, and we expect sexy samba football after 12 months?
Aye, right oh!
For me you find a manager that does suit what we already have. Moyes building this squad in his image just gives the next guy more work to do.If this happens we go round the same track again. New manager or not we need a way of building a way of playing. Moyes had a way of playing, some say negative way, but this squad definitely doesn't suit him. So the question is do we back him to build that squad?
There's some wealthy sides looking for that unicorn manager atm.I hear what you're saying Rita and I'm not being overly greedy I think as I'm prepared to be patient with a new manager who can implement a style which has us enjoying watching the football on matchdays again (I can't remember the last time this happened) I'm just sick of defensive and reactionary coaches who are more preoccupied with the opponents ability rather than focusing on how we can take the game to the opposition and unsettle them. no, we need a world class manager. He's just a bit better than Moyes, we need a lot better.
Get Ancelotti back after the world cup.
Our football this season has been so style-less I don't even know what we're building towards. We're not particularly direct. We're not looking to dominate possession. We don't press hard. We don't counterattack. We don't keep the ball well but we're also not high risk high reward. For me you find a manager that does suit what we already have. Moyes building this squad in his image just gives the next guy more work to do.
Definitely also someone worth considering. Impressive record in Germany. Brought success to midtable clubs by playing entertainment attacking football, similar to Motta at Bologna. He's got good pedigree and he did outstanding at Bologna. I just want a manager who makes us play on the front foot and with assertiveness so from reading that bio he seems like a good fit. Do you have an opinion of Sebastian Hoeness?
