Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

Saying he wouldn't want simply the 'biggest' opportunity available to him. If clubs of Palace's level are even vaguely in the running then we should be ringing him every 5 minutes and leaving cringey voicemails about how we think he's soooo clever and cool
This is the part I like.

Madness. First period of stability in over 5 years.

Deserves a summer window with fewer financial constraints and next season.

A lot of fans need perspective.
People say this but we had 11 players out of contract at the end of last season. Every window is now a crucial part of a rebuild.

I think it's fair for people to have reservations about Moyes being the one building this team for the long term, especially when we're signing loads of young players who a lot of people feel are being mismanaged.

I agree that I have not been impressed with the management of Dibling and Aznou but he clearly knows more than we do and sees training.

I hope with Mcneil gone, Dibling will see more minutes. The four cb thing was terrifying and so unnecessary.

In Moyes we trust though.

I get the point of view that he sees more than we do, still feel that he's stubborn and overly set on certain things being non-negotiables.

We will see how George is used because what I'm hearing is that some patience will be required with him.

If he just joins Dibling and Aznou on the bench that's 70 odd million worth of players not playing, not developing, losing confidence every week.

I think it would be wrong to suggest that Moyes is not a good manager, but I'm not convinced that he's the manager for what we're trying to do here.
