Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

What's Glasner's game? Get himself fired? I mean, he's going. Why go out in the manner he clearly intends to by insulting all round him? I'd be pretty tired of him if I were a Palace fan. Hard to take his criticism seriously when he himself is abandoning ship.

Completely. Looks like he knows he’s in for an upgrade in the summer and is currently desperate to get a pay off and a few months holiday first.

He needs to be careful though. I’m not sure too many boards would take kindly to being outed the way he did the Palace board yesterday. This may put some off.

Nope. He pretty much always falls out with the board and acts the big 'un. Yeah, he did amazingly well to get Palace their first trophy but aside from that his record actually isn't that good, and he has a terrible attitude.

Yes, what we want is a manager who tows the company line and will happily take his pay without kicking up a fuss.

Frank has failed at Spurs with a far superior squad think he would struggle here without massive investment.
Therefore he would struggle here.
I wouldn't recommend going for Frank after his most recent fiasco but I think he's one of those managers who performs better with a modest budget and less pressure instead of being under the spotlight like Moyes

I'd rather a club with stability than a club which is losing its best players consistently and it's managers are constantly in the media creating uncertainty throughout the club, yeah.

Plus like I said, Glasner had a great peak with Palace winning the FA Cup but look how quickly it has gone wrong and how much he cares about who he works for. It's all me me me.

It's possible to kick up a fuss but still have a good relationship with club and fans. Glasner is quickly losing both.
