I wish I could find his man of the match interview from a few years ago in which he said all he wanted to do was become a legend at Everton. Came across as being so sincere and desperate to please.

Somewhere along the way that got lost. Agent probably had a telling part as always, Martinez did bugger all to help convincing the young players Everton fans had it in for them.

First he wanted to get off to Chelsea, then he wanted to get off to City, seems the only side he wasnt bothered about was Everton, why anyone cares about him I have no idea.
