He was superb in RM's first season. The Arsenal game at the Emirates is the best i've seen him. Was a key factor in our success that year.

I'd be happy to give him a chance, but to be honest, with the amount of time he's had out I'd forgotten he was even at the club. With Del, Lennon and Mirallas on the flanks we're pretty well stocked so I can't see where he (or McGeady) fit in any more.

If fit he would still walk into our side no questions asked. Quality player but for whatever reason seems to have had an injury for nearly 2 years now. Would love him back on the bench at the very least as another option this season.
