People who hurt kids don't survive too long in jail.
This, really. Mental health issues explain pretty much every atrocity like this, but of course it never excuses them. The lad almost certainly needs a great deal of help, but he also needs banging up for the rest of his days.Depends where you draw the line between the two. It's a massive spectrum.
What causes people to be "scum" or "evil"? Is it built in to people?
Statement on Merseyside Police website says 'born in Cardiff'. Wonder if thats to try and dampen the unfounded rumours
Judge someone by their actions not by their race or GodCould mean anything though..
Did they say 'originally from', or 'came from'?
They should have made that clearer in the press conference to stop rumours.
Born in Cardiff?got a link to that?2 kids killed, 6 critically ill, 3 further injured. Two adults also injured critically.
edit: attacker born in Cardiff, but no mention of ethnicity
I would guess they need to make sure their info is 100% correct before making a statement. They should have made that clearer in the press conference to stop rumours.
Horrible racist stuff, he came over on a boat, muslim etc. Twitter trending with all the gammons telling the country to stand up and riot and get the brown skinned people out of the country. Tossers. What are the rumours? (Been out all eve)
The official police statement alright for you?Born in Cardiff?got a link to that?
Some foreign news outlets have named the person and claimed he arrived to the UK on a boat last year amongst other things. What are the rumours? (Been out all eve)

Official police statement.
"A 17-year-old male from Banks in Lancashire, who was born in Cardiff, has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and has been taken to a police station where he will be interviewed by detectives."
Which news outlets? Are they actually legit? Some foreign news outlets have named the person and claimed he arrived to the UK on a boat last year amongst other things.
Turns out that may not be true.
They shouldn’t have to tbhThey should have made that clearer in the press conference to stop rumours.
