Snow, how bad is it where you are?

I took 2 pairs of Rossignol skis to the tip just before Chritmas.
Damn shame considering how much they are to buy.

never throw away ski's or golf clubs, you may never use them for years but when needed it's good for them to be up there in the attic.

the boots were a bit tight around the toe area, i guess thats all the years wandering round barefoot on beaches and in new zealand 'wherever you went' that has caused my feet to spread a little.

i really wish i was going on a skiing holiday again, a mate who lives in interlaken doing the skydives, instructs skiing in the winter in wengen, and a friend of the mrs lives in garmisch so i suppose the opportunity is there to go and it be cheaper. a 3 hour train journey when there for either though so not fun with kids and luggage.

Got told not to bother coming into work today, expected as much working at a golf course. Going on holiday next month followed by the Lisbon game away, I hope I'm getting paid - tight enough as it is after christmas but reduced pay this month would be a kick in the balls. I cant see this snow shifting until the end of the week at least.

On the upside I spent the day havin snowball fights, building the snow equivalent of Niko Valuev and then dropping my phone in 10 inches of snow and waited for it to go dark to find the thing when it lit up, eventful.

Decent kit (if old). I remember I had a similar pair of Tyrolia 480s at one point.

Like bb, I'm a Rossi man (9X). Salomon Racing Boots for the feet.

mate its mentle here! hasnt stopped all day! we got a good 4" here as alot melted this morning!! and the fatherinlaw who is about a 10 min drive up the hill has about 7" and its still falling!!
made it to work and worked till 3pm!

dont think im going to go in tomorrow though!

the snowwoman had to go mate as she kept giving me the cold shoulder !
