He's stating a fact that we don't have a lot of money but we still want to progress and it may be the case that if we get a lot of money for one of our star players we should accept it and bring other players in that will actually improve us. How come Davek is extrapolating stuff from a quote (a quote that makes perfect sense to most of us, as unpaletaable as it is - its the economic reality we face) to misrepresent Neville and pour sh!t onto him. How have I misrepresented him? I've interpreted his comment about selling a 'superstar' player to mean Rodwell or Fellaini. I suppose I could be wrong about that...maybe you should have a stab at who he was talking about if I'm misrepresenting Neville in that regard?
