Pienaar cost £4m and is on a wage, a fairly high one at that.

If we hadn't bought Pienaar we could have spent about £7m on a player plus wages.

Or in other words, two Kevin Mirallas' instead of one.

If somebody gets booked and then gets another booking for something that wasn't even a foul, you can't place any blame on the player.
