Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

Moyes had been planning for next season, everything is already in place. "All we've ever done here is keep planning, keep preparing for what's next."

"Everton are progressing. Small steps a lot of the years, but I do think Everton have made progress and we're competing around fifth, sixth, seventh spot most years."

"I hope they react the way they did when I first stepped in the door," Moyes says when asked about the fans' reaction on Sunday. "If they don't I'll be totally understanding because I'm a football fan myself, but I'll be standing in the same position as I have done, and try and make sure we keep everything focused and heading in the right direction."

Bit unrealistic that Dave lad!

"so David, W Ham on Sunday, any thoughts?"
"Ha Ha Ha Ha' which is of course code for "Good one. like I've been thinking about West ****ing Ham on Sunday'.
Remind me, why the fck we want him to be in charge for this game?

This is all being handled very badly by Everton.
David Moyes is manager-elect at Man Utd.We all accept that and wish him well.He deserves to be recognised and thanked for his efforts on Sunday and half time is when that should be done.
At present he should be on gardening leave, the Friday media meeting held by Steve Round and Stubbs and Steve Round manage the team for the next two games.

I may be misreading the situation but I think David Moyes will get a dignified goodbye on Sunday and not a rapturous one as the media seem to think.

If,as seems likely David Moyes comes bidding for some of our players during the summer, throwing the lure of Manchester United in front of our players, what will our supporters who will laud him on Sunday, think of him then?
?

He should be told to clear his desk, but he does not involve himself with Man U until his contract is up. In short, on paid leave.

I hope he won't come back and raid us. He has the money and can buy what he wants so please don't break our team apart.

I'm sad to see him go but will be happy to respect him and give him a good send off on Sunday. some people on here really need to get a grip. he's a brief chapter in our very long history, we move on and get behind the team and especially the next manager that comes along.

Why did they not just arrange for him to be wheeled out at half time or even full time to say goodbye. But it's beyond belief that he is still in charge....thank god I can go on the beer soon.
