Yet not so good st English
You good at the irony I sees.
Yet not so good st English
I mean, it's done wonders for Villa, Blackburn and Sunderland.
*Glances at BBC Sport
Oh no it hasn't.
Since Moshir has come what’s the net spend?
You wot?I don’t think he’s arguing that....
80m purchase price
45m in debts
40m on Agent fees
52m on managers comp
20m on land
280m in player purchases
220m on wages
737m total outlay
160m in player sales
290 in revenue
450m total incomings
287million English pounds
That’s a rapid answer. Impressive.
I know what you’re saying here he’s doing more than just player signings.
It's good for both footballing and business reasons regardless of whether you have money or not. Please enlighten us as to how you know the club doesn't have serious money? The squad size is no different than it has been for years. You carry on believing the club has serious money
yep, and the irony of the op stating "finally some honesty" while taking the quote totally out of context, just to make some weird point.Everton spent £150m last summer plus a further £40m on players in January for a desperately poor return. Asked whether Moshiri would make similar funds available this summer, Brands replied: “No. First of all we need to offload players to raise money [to spend], and also salary-wise. But it’s not only a money thing. Of course money is important but also, for a coach, it is not workable to start with 38 players in your squad. We have to look for a squad Marco can work with and I think there always has to be space for young players to come to the first team.
“That has to be, let’s say, 25-30 players. Now there are 38 and a lot are not young any more. They are players who have arrived. We have to be honest when we take the decision with these players. Do they have prospects here at Everton? Some of the conversations will not be nice but I think Marco must start with a squad that everyone is eager to play for and has prospects to play.”
Just in case anybody hasnt read the words.
I mean how people can see any fault at all with this is beyond me.

Are you even looking at the words coming on your screen? You surely must be on a wind-upIf there was money why would we need to reduce the wage bill?
So you don’t buy into the fact that clubs extend contracts so that they get better fees for a player when they are in longer contract?
You don’t seem to want to believe that the squad is massive, unbalanced and needs severely trimming.
Brands is simply pointing this out. You missed the point quite spectacularly.
Pickford, Robles, Stek.
Coleman, Kenny, Martina, Baines, Holgate, Mori, Jags, Keane, Williams.
McCarthy, Besic, Davies, Schneiderlin, Gana, Mirallas, Lookman, Bolasie, Rooney, Klaassen, Walcott, Niasse, Tosun, Sandro, DCL
27 right there without even tapping into the u23’s

I pity their families.Im superb at math.
We can prolly claw in around 85m in fees and save 1m a week in wages by selling everybody that doesnt belong, replace them with 3 ballers, 3 yoots, money in the pocket, improvement.
I dont care if we spend 20p this window, people are so caught up money, these people prolly think we can buy Icardi, zero idea how modern football works, I pity them in a way C, I really do, anyway, I digress, it doesnt matter how much you spend, it only matters whether the squad is improved.
We have spent around 300m on players in the last few windows and we havent improved a single aspect of the team, MAYBE GK, nowhere else has been improved. Im not surprised Moshiri has cut the purse strings, if it was my money getting peed up the wall I would be cutting heads off, nevermind cutting purse strings.
