Done a lot of good work today. He has to be given his chance at RB. Hibbert and Neville are hardly immovable from that position and shouldn't be considered for a team looking to break into the top 5 or 6. If he cant get the nod from Moyes ahead of those two there's something wrong somewhere.

he hasnt yet so erm, somethings wrong somewhere

im surprised he wasnt ovrlapping and running at their full back more, dunno if hes been told not too, or if he was worried bout getting caught out at the back

He'll come across tougher challenges but it was a solid display and something he can build on. He's a competitor and a terrific athlete so I have no worries about him. He'll learn the tricks of the trade the more he plays.

Dont think he will play against the better sides in the league, but against teams like this he should start. If Moyes can make him and Mirallas as good as the combo on the other side of the pitch we will be quality, simple.

Coleman is one of the best learners I've seen in recent years for us. He came to us without an academy upbringing which is almost unheard of these days, and he constantly looks at ways to improve and develop his game, with noticeable results. He's got pace, aggression and believe it or not, a good tackle. He can be a fine fullback for us, I just wish Moyes would give him a real chance.

Hopefully the fact that he's played RB twice in all competitions this season is a sign for things to come.

Moyes should show some faith in him. Other managers would. I repeat: Hibbert and Neville are very replaceable. There's no way they should hold down a place in a side looking to move on.

I thought he & kevin-mirallas inked up great today we had not just the left side but the right hand side attacking wise perfect - felli & Victor were brilliant today with the rest of the team - Nev & osman we need anothe player for that position with Gibson injured but hey what a great performance from the whole team!

i actually didnt think him and mirallas on the right were perfect today. from what i saw it seemed that mirallas constantly drifted inside leaving him to cover the entire right side. I think they should play mirallas in the middle and naysmith on the right, he looked to enjoy overlap'ing with coleman today. Loved seeing a different side of the pitch to relieve some pressure on baines/pienaar.

Did well today. Tougher tests than that though, we'll see.

Absolutely. They looked to have done pretty much zero homework on us and we did ours on them and had them on the back foot from the word go with our pressing etc. It'll work for them occasionally, but often they'll get spanked when they come up against well drilled sides such as Everton.

Other teams like WBA will do a job on us and will be pose a much bigger threat.
