If Brian Labone or Alex Young etc can't get one, I'd have to put some cold water on that statement. I think he'd understand, TBF.

We're both of an age to remember seeing Labone and the golden vision and yes they SHOULD have been commemorated.
I'm sure however that the vast majority of present day match goers would much prefer a statue of Seamus.

Evertonian through and through, would run through a brick wall for the club and you only have to look at what people say about him to realise that he is a diamond of a human being too. Just wish that the club was in a better place during his career and he had the opportunity to lift a trophy. He will be missed on and off the field. Thank you Seamus
