The referendum gave a result that the majority of those who took part wanted to leave the EU. That should be respected whether you agree with it or not. We don’t always get the results we want at elections or referendums.
However in my opinion, there should have been a caveat that when the brexit deal was finalised, there should have been another referendum asking “This is the deal we have, should we still Brexit”
I know that is not practical now with the tight timeframe, but it would have allowed people to make a more informed choice before making a blind jump into the unknown.

My sister works in mental health and across the board are struggling with certain Medications. Again not sure if the fault lies with brexit or elsewhere, but the fly them in scenario some where saying seems an over simplification, I don't think brexit will make this any smootherI’ve got a couple of ailments and one of my meds was in the other day , comes from Germany . Boots couldn’t get it due to manufacturers or suppliers problems for over a week , GP managed to ring around other chemists and I picked it up from another chemists elsewhere but there was obviously an issue .
I don’t know what the problem was other than the vague description but there was obviously an issue . I’m assuming it’s a bit early to be laying the blame at Brexit but this hasn’t happened for over 7 years so no clue what’s caused it .
Go back and read your sentence. So you are happy for people to evade paying taxes.....
Out of curiosity, as a millennial (29). I have not 'suffered' in the way that some on here do/did.
E.g: I've never had any student loans etc; it's all very cheap/or free (depending on the income level of your family). Same with using public transportation as a student etc. Also don't have housing issues; ironically we have a very small social housing segment (you really want to avoid that), it's more for the private sector with subsidies etc...
Would you be okay, with all of that if it means very high taxes. I'm okay with that, but every time a Brit comes over they are shocked by the high taxes.
Forgive my ignorance - over where? Thx
VENEZUELA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go back and read your sentence.
I have no problem with taxes, we should all pay what we can afford or are expected to pay. I have no truck with anyone who evades taxes...
Apologies I misread it. I'm putting it down to lack of sleep.I did, I think there may be a communication issue. When I say I have no truck with anyone who evades taxes, it means I have no time for them or will have no dealings with them, basically I don’t like them. Now what did you think it meant....
And if that outcome is the same?
It depends upon how the question of the second referendum is 'worded'.
Of course it does, but if it was and still a leave vote won, what is the next step?
I can't answer you until I know how the seconded ref was worded....
That is irrelevant in the context of the point. If there is another vote and leave wins what is the next move?
This thread is full of people saying thete was no plan. I'm giving you a hypothetical option here, everything else was hypothetical prior.
Floor is yours.
