Couldn't agree more, i understand its scary not knowing the future but that doesn't mean you don't go forget.

And this is not about money....

A new manager can change our thinking and style. We Could be a better team if we take a chance.

An while moyes is here we never get ribbon Kenwright.

Both need to go. I hoped it would be billy boy 1st. But it is what it is..

Seriously the people on here who think we're entitled to win the treble every season need to **** off. Whether or not you want Moyes to go, he's given us a good run and is clearly a good manager. Maybe someone else could do better, maybe not. But this whole "settling for mediocrity" thing is a load of **** and I think the idea that anyone could break top 4 with this money has to be heroin fuelled.
We all want to ****ing win stuff but life doesn't work like that, you don't just get to win stuff cause you try really hard.

I agree, name and shame these posters that have said they expect to win stuff every year. The treble! They're having a laugh. Name them so we can put them in their place.

I am one of those who wonder who the replacement could be. A lot of names I have seen do not inspire too much confidence but you never know. I would hope that if a new manager were to come in it would be someone with a different tactical approach to the game. Not more of the same. Then again look who is in charge......it would most likely be more of the same.

it's called exaggeration and if you're not guilty of it then you're not human

That's true, i was going to change my gender, but I saw a video of the operation and let me tell you, that's brutal...

thats one way of putting it. stick to your guns lad/lassie

Anybody who doesn't think a whole host of good managers would want to work for Everton and be the 11th best paid manager in the world needs to have a word with themselves.

The worst thing is that when Moyes re-signs (which he probably will), then he may even break into the top 10 worldwide in terms of pay, having won nothing in ten years.

F***ing scandalous really. Meanwhile the club won't pay people like Pienaar an extra £20k a week to keep hold of them.

Yeah. The old "what manager good manager would want to manage a club with £3million net spend a season" line gets used without taking into account how many good managers would love to be paid the amount Moyes is.

And that begs the question : surely good managers don't need so much money, its only the crap ones who "need" loads of money to spend?

So you would be happy to have somebody come in just for the wages? Wages he wouldnt get it must be said, the reason Moyes is on so much money is due in part to the length hes been at the Club.

And do you think Mancini is a good Manager? Im fairly sure the cash he had to spend had no effect on him winning the title.

No one man is bigger than Everton Football Club, especially not David Moyes, if he goes we move on, just like we have when far more successful managers have left us in the past.
