Sack Dyche?

Should the club sack Dyche?

Look at other teams, even after Emery took charge of Villa, in a short space of time you could see a way of playing and an identity. Same with Di Zerbi at Brighton who has shown Potter up a little bit.

In the time Dyche has been at Everton, what is our style of play? What is he trying to do?

We wouldn`t care if we were winning games but unfortunately we`ve lost 3 on the bounce at the start of the season and sitting rock bottom. Faith in Dyche has all but gone for me, had the chance to hit the reset button with pre season and come back with a plan that worked. He hasn`t.... I don`t think he turns it around from here.

Will he will lose the dressing room next...
Emery came into an expensively assembled team. Villa had back Gerard. Emery was then backed again in January and again this summer.
Dyche had come in, after the January window. All fans saying we were down. He kept us up. All fans have been saying we dont have a squad to stay in the league... but we want to sack Dyche because of this.

Facts are... Emery does not join this team. We struggled to get a manager last season. It will be even harder this season.

We are playing without a recognised striker.

Last season it was the managers fault with lampard. But this season it's on those above. They knew what was needed and still havnt delivered.

i was more fumin with him last week even though we got beat today too , if we get a striker in and we are beat next week hard to see him carrying on as although i don’t think the team is much good i don’t think it’s as bad as some people make out and has enough to stay up
As individuals the team, or squad are better than this. The fact is the performances are what they are, so collectively they are under performing. Surely a lot of the responsibility for that must lie with Dyche.

I don't know what the solution is, there's a rotten culture running right through the club. That probably needs to give a manager time and patience to sort out.

We still need more than what we are getting though. We need to see a plan and a direction so we can see that things are improving. At this point things are actually getting worse but that doesn't mean a new manager would solve anything.

We're desperately short on players and our 3 best players are all injured. Like or loathe Iwobi, in this team he's one of the better players. Sad state of affairs really.

I have to vote meat and two veg, I have no idea what the best course of action is.

Brexit mate. Bloody Tories.

It's not hard to imagine our board having such paucity of vision though.
Haha
I forget about Brexit and Tories !!
Definitely the main reason we’re stuck with Dyche , he’s definitely got the gammon face 😁.
But I agree that list would definitely be something you would expect our board / owner/ chairman to conjure up in the event of Dyche’s dismissal.
Mind you it’s probably a bit too extensive with 4 useless names we’d probably pick from two .

Although in the end where we end up in the league based on points from games of football it’s a bit simplistic to use points alone only judge where we are in this moment 3 games in.

I was more worried for us under Lampard with no real system of play and an extra point compared to no points but seeing what Dyche is trying to do & when we’ve been arguably the better team twice despite missing players.

i think now we’ve got a few more options up front he hast really got any excuses now the left back and right back posistion still need sorting though badly

Who would take the job? he made changes yesterday - their goal was a fluke the guy never even knew he had scored it hit his shoulder & went in ... we are having no luck with VAR we could have 6 points on the board - IMO he is not addressing our midfield the engine room of any team - Gana Guaye - finished - Decouree can only play well for 45 minutes - Onana too young to take responsibility, but with good midfielders there is hope there - Our fullbacks our rubbish & will be found out again & again ....signing a striker is all well & good - we have to get thing right all over the pitch - we are suffering with injuries wide players - but things need fixing all over the place IMO or we will be down ...

Emery joined a £100mill squad of players, spent another £100mill (or near enough) so far this.

Brighton got De Zebri, by their own admission, on luck due to russian invasion of Ukraine. This is also on the back of a clear and successful plan from their owners with amazing recruitment.

None of these fit us

If Beto signs and we get another attacker in well have enough to beat the teams around us. They're not here so we've not done it.

Another CB and CM would be ideal but we should scrap through.
