Sack Dyche?

Should the club sack Dyche?

Unless we have a top class replacement ready to go I don’t see what sacking Dyche achieves

I think we played well in both our home games considering our injury list but he was massively let down by us not signing a striker

Last seasons front 3 was McNeill DCL and Iwobi
McNeill, our best attacker, got injured so we’re playing a kid who’s never played
DCL is always injured and we didn’t give Dyche any alternative so are playing a wide forward as a target man (he’s not one)
Iwobi is crap and injured so we’ve replaced him with a player who is also injured (on loan)
We also used Gray who is very clearly being sold to Saudi for ffp reasons because the profit on his £1.7 fee will be huge and I reckon Dyche has been told not to use him so he can’t get injured

It’s a total disgrace and Dyche has been completely let down

So its his fault the McNeil got injured, and then Danjuma starts he would have scored again Fulham???

And you want to sack him on these points.

Fact is he joined after one window, he has hardly enjoyed a decent transfer window this summer, and now, despite everyone moaning about the quality othe players we have, we want him to beat premier league opposition with a poor squad and no striker.
Do you think Ancelloti would keep this team in current state in the premier league? Tell me who would?

can’t sack him now. way to early i was worried but seeing that yesterday it can be turned around

the rats stand in the background letting others take the blame! i feel for every manager we’ve had under these except pie ass and fat boy

It's the same pattern Sunderland exhibited until they finally sank like a stone.

Some of it is on the manager and their choices. But the club is more than one man. It is a systemic problem. Bad choice after bad choice. That includes player recruitment and manager recruitment strategy. Lo, here we are again.

Put crap in, get crap out.

Sack Dyche... oh look, its the same utter buffoons recruiting the next manager.

What will we get this time? Steven Gerrard just to finally make the fans blow (Benitez mk2)? Another high profile ex player blagger (Lampard)? Another manager who is having a good season so we try to pinch them (Koeman, Silva)? Or another no-nonsense 'hard to beat' organised manager (Allardyce, Dyche)?

It doesn't fill me with confidence really.
Look at other teams, even after Emery took charge of Villa, in a short space of time you could see a way of playing and an identity. Same with Di Zerbi at Brighton who has shown Potter up a little bit.

In the time Dyche has been at Everton, what is our style of play? What is he trying to do?

We wouldn`t care if we were winning games but unfortunately we`ve lost 3 on the bounce at the start of the season and sitting rock bottom. Faith in Dyche has all but gone for me, had the chance to hit the reset button with pre season and come back with a plan that worked. He hasn`t.... I don`t think he turns it around from here.

Will he will lose the dressing room next...

I would have let him go at the end of last season. Bizarrely I wouldn’t sack him now. You have to give him more than 3 games having stuck with him.

Sacking a manager after 3 games will make us look even more of a joke of a club

I would of sacked him 10 minutes after the Bournemouth game. It was blatantly obvious he wasn't a good enough manager.

But there's zero point now, no manager is going to want to come here with no pre season.

Personally I wanted Potter but don't think he'd come at this point in the season.

He can`t turn it around from here, he will lose the dressing room next... Just hope he gets the chop in time before we get cut off.
Yes, but you could say that about most of our recent managers. Which again points to a wider issue.

Why do we keep recruiting crap managers and players? What else happens behind the scenes?

I know it’s daft but two of those were wins if we’d had a striker and luck with injuries

When all present he can set up to play as he wants, no garner on the wing for instance no, no gana/Onana every week

It’d be fully insane to sack a manager three games into a season.

He’s the same manager he was last season and has always been. These games tell us nothing new about his capacity to be Everton manager.
