Should the club sack Dyche?

He's a poor, limited manager who makes me cringe with his soundbites.

But

Once again a manager has been let down by woeful recruitment and if it had been done properly, I'd say we'd have been sitting on 6 points out of 9 and we'd have all been satisfied.

If we continue to lose when he has Beto, Harrison and Mcneil available, along with an up to speed Danjuma and Chermiti, then he'd know he'd deserve the sack. But until then there's no chance he's getting sacked.

Moshiri and Kenwright out first before any managerial change.

He’s trying to change things. It’s not his fault our team have had loads of shots on goal against Fulham and Wolves and simply cannot score. They have been classic smash and grab away victories.

He needs 2 forwards and then players back fit. He also needs to leg Patterson.

So its his fault the McNeil got injured, and then Danjuma starts he would have scored again Fulham???

And you want to sack him on these points.

Fact is he joined after one window, he has hardly enjoyed a decent transfer window this summer, and now, despite everyone moaning about the quality othe players we have, we want him to beat premier league opposition with a poor squad and no striker.
Do you think Ancelloti would keep this team in current state in the premier league? Tell me who would?
Of course Ancelotti would keep us up but I'm not sure how relevant that is

The clearest indication of how we have fallen so quickly as a club is that we have gone from being managed by Carlo Ancelotti to Sean Dyche in a couple of years

No, because even prime Alex Ferguson couldn’t get a tune out of this team. The club is phundamentally phucked, with years of mismanagement and atrocious planning/investment coming home to roost.

Replacing Dyche will do nothing to improve the situation. We’ve had a manager merry-go-round for years, yet the same problems remain.

You say another manager been let down, whilst I agree to a certain degree look at the last 2 seasons.

Lampard keeps us up, starts the next season worse.... Dyche keeps us up, starts the next season with our worst start in our PL history.

I said in a another thread, after the window closes and we have all our players fit and Beto in, Dyche has no excuses because we will have a better squad than last seaon IMO.

The question how long do we give Dyche if he can`t turn it around, keep a failing manager too long this season could be disasterous.

Yes it is his fault McNeil our top scorer played all 3 games against Wigan Bolton and Stoke in a week, with Stoke away known to be a dirty team why risk him? Why was he on the pitch at the end of the game?

Not only the above but the team is woefully underprepared for the start of the season. Fitness / sharpness the level of pre season opposition. It has been a disaster leading to our worst ever start.

Calvert lewin could have done 60 minutes v Fulham. Danjuma could have started up front.
Maupay has not scored in 40 shots. Why give him 40 more? The guy was abysmal in pre season against league one teams he was never ever going to score.

Yes the board are rubbish but the above things are on Dyche. Silva Koeman Allardyce Benitez Martinez, Ancelotti are all better managers.

Potter should have been given the job and Dyche shown the door at the end of last season. Ancelotti would have took points in those first games. Word class v Burnley / Stoke manager.

The problem is that the board consistently go for poor managers. Lampard had a rubbish management history, yet they hired him. Dyche kept Burnley up playing eye bleeding football and is severely limited as a manager, yet they hired him. I don’t have any faith that they’d hire anyone better.

I think they ought to sack him, because his tactics are rubbish, he’s capable of being pragmatic enough to have us camp in and not lose many goals or play too badly, but he’s not good enough to really change anything or create a better team or better style.

He doesn’t look capable of developing any of the players we have and there are plenty of players who are young and need developing.

That still won’t get us a striker who can score though, and it’s been evident we needed one for a long time.

It's a good point regarding how long do we give a manager.

My only answer to that is - I want Kenwright and Moshiri out and a new board to make that decision if it comes to needing another manager. I don't want these 2 bellends anywhere near the decision making anymore.

It's the same pattern Sunderland exhibited until they finally sank like a stone.

Some of it is on the manager and their choices. But the club is more than one man. It is a systemic problem. Bad choice after bad choice. That includes player recruitment and manager recruitment strategy. Lo, here we are again.

Put crap in, get crap out.

Sack Dyche... oh look, its the same utter buffoons recruiting the next manager.

What will we get this time? Steven Gerrard just to finally make the fans blow (Benitez mk2)? Another high profile ex player blagger (Lampard)? Another manager who is having a good season so we try to pinch them (Koeman, Silva)? Or another no-nonsense 'hard to beat' organised manager (Allardyce, Dyche)?

It doesn't fill me with confidence really.

Lets face it Dyche was the easiest choice, out of work with no other offers anywhere at any point... Now I think there is a reason for that!

All the Premier League managers sacked and Dyche doesn`t get a look in, are all these clubs wrong and Everton right? I know what my reply would be to that!

He's a poor Manager for sure, but no surprise because he was appointed by people who have a track record of making poor decisions

We'll continue to make poor decisions until the main issues (Moshiri and Kenwright) have been removed.
