If you are talking about luck every week then you're in big trouble.

We are a rubbish football team who are mess off the field. Its not unlucky that we dont win football matches

Injuries happen at every club, most managers are paid a massive wedge of cash to change tactics etc to accommodate injuries, Dyche has to start earning that massive wedge of cash without excuses being made for him. Also, it’s not as if we have a massive injury list.

We have eighteen shots on goal and zero goals. Forest has ten shots on goal and five goals. I don't think the problem is rocket science.

There’s no difference than Lampard, well apart from conceding more goals.

We have no pattern of play, we create the odd chance throughout the game, there’s no continuous pressure, the style of play is identical - midfield pass it to each other, no movement, back to the defenders, back to Pickford, hoof, to the opposition

People are deluding themselves if they think we are actually playing good.

Both Wolves and Fulham had more possession at Goodison. We aren’t even capable of holding onto the ball.

The midfield is absolutely dire. It doesn’t work at all. Garner and one of the others for me (Gana is pedestrian and looks pointless). Another midfielder to shake it up a bit would help.

Things could look a bit different with Harrison, McNeill both available with Beto and DCL up front.

Can't sack him yet. No striker and no wingers, forcing players like Garner to be played out of position. When we have McNeil, Harrison and Beto starting, if we're still not scoring and losing to sucker punch goals, then I'll seriously start to question his future.

I'd be seeing in Man Utd would loan Maguire and have him in the side instead of Tarkowski. It would also potentially give us the option to play 3 at the back.

Who is the replacement? Is he in place to start the second Dyche gets the sack?

I'm not against a replacement but the new guy needs to be ready to go and able to instill confidence into the players and have a way of getting points from the off. Given the clowns in charge at Everton, I doubt that this is the case so I'll be backing Dyche and the team until he goes which I am hoping will be at the end of the season after keeping us up.

Everyone keeps saying Dyche has been let down, is this the new defence of a manager like "He gets the club" and "We can`t sack another manager" shouts with Lampard...

Dyche himself said he knew the situation he will be in, to come back after a full pre season with the same team as last season and perform worse... If you went on holiday, went back to work and performed seriously worse would your employers not look at removing you from your post.

Yes, he needs a striker (Same shout to defend Lampard aswell and Lampard proved he was an incapable manager), but a good manager or coach will plan tactics to get around this in the short term not just throw someone up there and hope it works, like Maupay time after time.

Little sympathy for Dyche, his own failings have made us worse this season, with virtually the same team as last season.

Dyche said he knew we weren’t flush with cash but I don’t recall him ever saying I know I’m going to have zero strikers for the first three games of the season even though we have enough money to buy one for 30m and another for 12m what we’re gonna do is spend 12m on a kid who is not ready to hit the ground running just before game two and then buy the more experienced striker in the final week of the window so he might get a few days to train with the squad before game four if we’re lucky

These games against Fulham and Wolves at home were absolutely key to us not fighting relegation end of season and Dyche hasn’t been given the tools to win them.

When we play Luton at home end of Sep after he’s hopefully had time with our new attackers there will be no excuse. I also expect us to give Arsenal a game at home and Brentford away.

He is a poor manager but has a track record for producing mediocrity on a shoestring budget and maybe , just maybe that's enough to keep us up this season.
Not sure who comes in and improves this group of players.
Do I like him being Everton manager ? Absolutely not.
Is he here for the long term ? Definitely not.

As soon as we have a take over and are free of FFP / P&S restrictions then I want him gone with a much more progressive coach installed.

TBF Kompany has done wonders at Burnley, bringing them up in style playing good football, it will remain to be seen if they stay up but I think they will. Another manager that will, IMO, show up the work Dyche did at Burnley.

I will say it again, I can`t say it enough..... A good manager is worth his weight in gold. A good manager can make a team over achieve, average managers perform at the levels of the players at his disposal and poor managers perform below the capabilities of their players.

Last season I thought Dyche was Average, this season he is definitely average heading towards Poor.

Letting a man who isn`t long term carry on makes no sense, get your progressive manage in early and let his philosophy, style etc flow to every part of the club.

Should have been thanks and goodbye at the end of last season but Yes sack him at the international break. Don't give a toss about making excuses for him any more, it's not just strikers that score goals. I fail to even see a tactical plan other than pass it around a bit, mostly lose it and if you don't then lump it forward. His tenure so far has been absolutely atrocious. 21 league games in charge, 5 wins, 6 draws and 10 losses. Our poorest start to the PL in 33 years and currently the 3rd poorest manager in our entire history.

His performance over his entire managerial history is just as atrocious. 279 games played, 77 wins, 74 draws, 128 losses, 268 goals scored and 399 conceded. It amazes me that some people think he is all of a sudden going to do better than he ever has done before. It would require intervention from the lord himself.

Only going to end one way this so get it over with now before the entire season is bolloxed up again.

Who cares about possession, didn’t we have over 30 shots across both matches, hit the woodwork both matches and had goals disallowed due to bad refereeing/a hairs width both matches?

Things with look different with McNeill who can finish and obviously actual strikers.

We should have changed at the end of the season after the manager only kept us up on a wondergoal on the last day of the season despite having 18 games of a season.
