A constructive discussion is when you try to balance the positives against the negatives, then you form a balanced opinion.
In @ianefc case he just spouts negative comments which just make him look bitter towards the manager. As I have said many times it must be a horrible predicament to be in that you hate the manager that much there will be a small part of you who wants Everton to lose so you can sit there and spout I told you so
