Four league games won in the last twenty.
Defence leaking goals that would embarrass Evostick players.
Surrendering at Anfield, Old Trafford and mostly Goodison.
Players not responding to his motivational techniques.
Fans in the depths of despair two days before an FA Cup semi-final.

Why is he still here?

Because I assume the higher ups don't think him leaving this close to the semi final is going to do any good

They'll see it through to its natural conclusion, which is probably the end of the season if its close on Saturday and sooner if its another blood bath

Its ridiculous when you look at the cold facts. But he is - somehow

West Ham was the point at which these players downed tools and said enough is enough with that ridiculous substitution. They were putting a real shift in that day and he let them down badly, then couldn't bring himself to admit it. Pathetic management and weak character. Not required at this club. A few of the players can pack their suitcases as well for me.

Empty seats ( obviously ) and I left myself just after half time this is what robertos brought us to. And as for the little kopite dweeb saying we have more away than at home games! Ah! Hate them hate everyone right now

Keep checking SSN to see if he's been sacked but for that to happen it would require some common sense which our board don't posses.

Agreed mate

Been checking SSN for that gold and black bar to state " Martinez sacked" but it just won't happen.

TBH after yesterday a better man would have quit rather than prolong the pain and embarrassment
