Reyes for Pienaar?

Some fellow in Sporting forum came up with the rumour that Moyes was looking for a swap between pienaar and veloso. He never mentioned the source, but it looks to me like bollocks.

I believe peanuts still has a contract to run and I think he's one of the best paid players in the squad, am I right?

Wrong, I think. He signed a 3 year job, about this time last summer. He's got 2 years left, and I think earns around £25k a week.

Two years left and about 30k€ a week, makes too expensive for Sporting...

Just like I thought, bulls hit...

We need to secure him for the long-term, though, mate. It struck me as a bit odd last year when he only signed for the 3 years. Based on his form in the last few months, and some pretty decent performances in the CC, I think we should accept that he's an Everton high-end player. Obviously the club ought to negotiate, but if he extended to 4 years on £35-40k a week, I'd be happy with that.

Agreed mate, they can add Arteta and Cahill to that list too.

Don't forget mate that on this matter I play on both sides of the table.:D

Pienaar should be pinned down for another 4 or so years. One of our real flair players and really stepped up to the plate when Mikel got snapped.
