You say that like refs/VAR can’t shaft us again
Of course they can mate but right now we have 40,000 lunatic Evertonians who are going to create one hell of an atmosphere inside and outside of goodison and a manager who i trust against a mediocre Palace side.

I'm nervous but confident we will do it.

Everton XI: Pickford, Coleman, Holgate, Keane, Mykolenko, Doucoure, Gomes, Iwobi, Richarlison, Calvert-Lewin, Gordon.

Subs: Begovic, Kenny, Allan, Gray, Godfrey, Davies, Van de Beek, Dele, Welch.

I’ve fallen into that horrible headspace where I can’t see any outcome tonight but another defeat… which would be such a massive boost to Leeds that I can’t see them not doing Brentford at the weekend.

Someone please say something to help me out of it.
We are having possibly our worst season ever, but we have still won as many games as Palace. Only 7 teams have won more games at home than we have. We have won the same number of home games as Chelsea. If we had won on Sunday - which I think we would have but for some very poor officiating - there would be only 5 teams who have won more at home than we have. Our home form is pretty good and if we play at the same intensity as in the past few games at Goodison I think we will be OK.
