Honestly if you want to go and say something to a bunch of drugged up/drunk/both thugs - you do you mate, I value my life a bit more to die at a game we're getting balled out of the stadium.

Also there were 1 or 2 doing that in front of me, slim chance I'm behind and smirking, as I went with a bunch of friends and we made fun of everyone the whole time.

We do have a racism problem, that's why Levski are home game banned every single year a few times. Not saying we don't or defending that, just saying this will be made an example of.

There was. Don't try to turn this into some kind of victim thing where people are overstepping and overreacting. These things happened, they're despicable and the punishment should be swift and harsh.

And it will happen again and the consequences for whoever decides this is ok next should be swift and harsh.

Hah. I'm actually about 10 rows behind here, not joking.

Loads of the people around them left cuz they were insufferable as well.

This is *not* the first time this has happened. We have teams banned for home games once or twice per year.

Look at my earlier comment mate, I went in just as hard on England fans behaviour. And UK society’s racism which I’ve personally protested at public demonstrations numerous times, but you can’t justify the scenes in that stadium tonight I’m afraid.

Sorry mate, missed it.

I can't and I won't. The people in @TheBigIguana s picture were a few rows down and honestly they were wankstains and parts of the ultras section of Levski (I think?) which doesn't make it better but it happens all the time and honestly they'd have to ban home games for years for this to stop.

It's actually much worse in domestic cases but UEFA/FIFA doesn't care about that, shockingly.

Then do it. If Levski have a history of this among their fans then the club should be relegated and eventually kicked out of the league.

It shouldn't be football's responsibility to take on something society at large doesn't want to but that doesn't mean that it can't try to do better. Currently it's a lot of posturing and excuse making in my opinion.

I agree with the domestic cases - the FA here seem to be just as bad with them though to be fair, plus as I say I don’t think looking at these cases as if they’re just in a football stadium and not in society helps anyone or anything. I can’t speak on Bulgarian politics, but over here you see some of the racist bile people are given a platform for (Tommy Robinson, Katie Hopkins etc) and some of our MP’s comments (Johnson, Rees Mogg etc) and you can’t be surprised when it happens in a football stadium, which is again something which is much harder to fix

As I said earlier - corrupt country in running corrupt FA shocker. They won't do jack, they've fined every one of the big teams (except Ludogorets, because they have no fans) sums that make no sense (last time it was something like €40k or something equally as daft) for these things and there is no chance in hell that any of the big teams are relegated.

Much like in Russia, it's part of the absolutely retarded (sorry, many swear words in a row here @mods) "football culture" we have - "we're just like that", absolute garbage nonsense. Prime examples - https://www.novinite.com/articles/1...+Club+Graffiti+Appeared+on+Hiroshima+Monument - a team with a smaller fanbase, goes and does that. WHY? Kids with swastikas shaved in their heads for Levski-CSKA. Why? I can't explain.

We currently have an openly racist and imo clinically insane person running for mayor of Sofia whose slogan is "So that we can end gay pride parades". That's how bad our politics are.

I know it isn't happening but it just gets me torqued up that it keeps being nothing happens with this.

I'm American. We have PROBLEMS on this front. I get angry about that too because of the attitude of trying to do just enough to make it stop and not just going all out and accepting that maybe collateral damage is going to happen as part of rooting out this awful scourge.

Honestly agreed, can't add anything more to that. But the rot runs deep here and it's way out of an alleged "FA committee" handing out a ban or two or 55 per season, if that makes sense?
