this is a nonsense arguement; on paper it sounds great - but the reality is they drive well over half of the global viewing figures (2018 figures the most recent I could find) for the PL and even more of the TV rights figures negotiated. The PL needs them as much as they need the PL - neither can walk away unless there is a serious move to a superleague, which I think is a good while away

Just let them and their scummy fans koff and bring in the 2 big Glasgow team
