If the juror (and some reports suggest a second one did something similar) have done this deliberately I hope all the books are thrown at them.

This may not be popular but based on what's written in that settlement between Virginia Giuffre and JE I think her lawsuit should definitely be thrown out. She took a settlement in agreement that she couldn't sue anyone else connected to him, and the whole gist of her story is that she was forced into sex with Andy by Epstein because the two of them were mates. I believe her accusations 100%, but you can't accept a settlement then break the terms of it years later after the money's been spent.

Reeks of someone wanting a payday, not her herself I don't think but someone in the background pushing her.

They can still go after his assets here IIRC, if he’s found against.

Personally I think he’ll take part in it but this lawyers will try and absolutely flay her account to bits. The MoS started such a line of attack last weekend, which might be a signal.

Yeah there's some gold-digging going on for sure but it'd still be good to see the Duke get a roasting.
