Prepare for the incoming bad press...

Amazing what influence the opinions of commentators can have on listeners. Neville even said he was bored in the first half as he and Tyler felt Everton had not come out fighting yet I lost that stream and tuned into another (I think Lee Dixon was co-commentator) and they said the game was tremendous and Everton took it to City and the crowd was excellent.

Oh just to add to it...They said that Everton fans would have to face the Liverpool fans at work yet the players would not feel the same as the fans as they wouldn't care as much as the fans because they would soon enough forget about it.........I thought that comment summed up the feelings of Everton fans dilemma and yes I believe we feel it more than the players.

Thought the atmosphere was okay myself in the ground, I'm surprised Neville would be like that but nothing surprises me with Tyler. He couldn't wait for Liverpool to score against Chelsea and barely showed any emotion when Willian scored. Horrendous really because it can really damage our fans reputation, I would expect a complaint to be made, were they really that bad?

I can take Liverpool fans being upset.

I can take everton fans being split on the result

I can take bulbs registering on our forum to attempt to wind us up.

What I can't take is a media professional attempting to undermine 35k blues in an attempt to get viewing figures.

If you think today was quiet and we haven't tried, you obviously didn't watch or see our performances v palace and Southampton.

You massive crusty tit.

My personal opinion is no matter who ur playing or what it can effect, when that first ball is kicked the crowd should be right behind the team, an we weren't and tbh I find it embarrassing i'd under stand if it was Cardiff or Swansea but this was a big team rolling in to town and our last home game, in our best season for 4 years.

And where do you sit, in the stadium or the armchair?
