Just got in from the pub. Very fortunate to have won that. We didn't play at all second half and invited them on to us throughout. At least we defended well though. Bit worried about Pienaar... We have no luck with injuries.

I am happy that we won. I am not being negative, I'm just concerned how we have not learnt from the Fulham game. We just sit back too much and can't really close out games.

Nevertheless should have brought Billy on at Half time for Osman, because Osman is poor on our right hand side. That probably would have meant Pienaar didn't receive an injury but we will never know.

you carnt put billy on right hand side. i think the problem was long balls and passes falling short. look at the second half the ball was never in there half.

I'm going to say this one more time.

I am happy we won the game. But disappointed in the performance, and worried that we are being complacent.

I also don't buy this old pony about 4 games in 10 days. We made 7 changes today.

Well had we gone in 2 up at half time, the second half may have been different. But we didn't and we were very poor second half. Personally I thought we weren't great first half either, seemed quite lethargic.
