Shocking performance that. Just played the worst side in the Premiership and we made them look like Barcelona.

Rodwell displayed why we can't expect him to play week in, week out - anonymous.

Moyes was again reluctant to make a change unless he absolutely has to. Rodwell couldn't get a touch and should gave been replaced from the hour mark with Heitinga central and Neill/Hibbert being put right back. Could have done with bringing Jo on earlier to work the channels and give us an outlet, Saha was dead on his legs.

That said, that was our 4th game in 10 days and it was an important win. A defeat especially after taking the lead would have set us right back, we needed a jump up the table. Saha is also on a fantastic run of form and its another big clean sheet.

Fingers crossed on Pienaar and heres hoping Portsmouth and Michael Brown go down - horrible, horrible club that.
Completely forgot about that!
Like i've said though, Both Everton and Portsmouth had there fair share of luck!

My nerves are bloody shot.

I'm gonna need a fair bit of bleach to get over that.

Hope Pienaar's ok:unsure:

ooooooo, that's naughty ,.... but ever so funny.
:P

imagine waking up next to Tevez every morning? No amount of money could be worth that!

i know it was naughty but this thread needed a bit of humour after that performance and ooh it would be the equivalent of quausimodo waking up next to you.:)

We just beat a team clawing to get something on the board, at their home ground, after we have started so badly...

and weve got

Well, if they were Barcelona I doubt we would have won

Looking at the bigger picture mate.

Well, try looking at the details. We played bad and won. Great teams do that.

Sorry didnt realise we were playing a PREMIERSHIP TEAM.

BLEACH!

Spot on Macca. They're already scrapping for their lives, don't think we were ever going to play them off the park. It's all about the 3 points, and we bloody well got them!

There are no easy games, all are hard just some more hard than others.

Don't get me wrong, happy that we won. But we played [Poor language removed], and just lost our influential midfielder in a bad injury.

We still have an unevenly balanced side and Jo still gets a game.

The bigger picture is the 38 games in this season, not just one.

It's the same reason we don't get carried away in beating Hull away 4-0.
