Harold Wilson & Edward Heath. My family had a struggle on that one.
My thought now especially here in the states it's the same old stuff from each major party. Hopefully, I'm not falling into the nutty fringe but now I see the big Banks rule our society and dictate politics. So recently i'm in the middle siding with the Libertarian party more often than not.

I'm amazed that this thread hasn't descended into its usual bun fight, so well in everyone. Hayee, you wanna good debate on this subject, you'll need to call out people who go off subject.
Anyway, to the question at hand; unless its for blind, always done it reasons why should anyone vote labour if;
1)They take the country to an illegal war
2) We have no idea what they stand for (post cards appreciated)
3) They are so afraid of thier own citizens that they use every means to spy on anyone
4)They plan to send pregnant women to workhouses instead of Council houses
5) All their policies are simply rehash of old policies, they have nothing new to give
6) They still have Gordon Brown as PM
7) In the last 12 years the party has abandoned its traditional allies like a former partner with a STD, letting in the BNP to comfort them
And why vote for the Conservatives when;
1) More than half the front bench are millionaires
2) Each policy they come out with seems to contradict themselves
3) Cameron is more hated in the party than Brown
4) They've not shed their image (in my view) as the acceptable face of the BNP.
I didn't know that the BNP had policies other than racist and homophobic one's. Do tell, environmentalliy friendly gas chambers perhaps?
If this thread is around by May 2010, I'll say who I am going to vote for and why, until then its trust none of them they only want your vote.
Why should this be a reason against a person voting for them? Whether someone is born into a council flat or with a silver spoon in their mouth should not be a factor in the decision on whether or not they should Govern the country.
Is that the Gay Libertarian party Michael, wipes foot on floor and leaves![]()

Three kids Monty so I've been in the closet a long,long time.
Do you remember when Gay meant something completely different? More ammo for the Old Farts Club to confuse the young whippersnappers.![]()

Ah the word gay:What a gay day the children had at the sea side. Say that nowadays there would be uproar from the whippersnappers![]()

I was trying for a balanced post as much as possible. it could be said that millionaires have no idea of the suffering of the masses and are therefore more likely to come out with generalities such as "pulling yourself up by your bootstrap" and are more likely not to care about the affects of state cutbacks.Why should this be a reason against a person voting for them? Whether someone is born into a council flat or with a silver spoon in their mouth should not be a factor in the decision on whether or not they should Govern the country.
