I cant remember who said this or who its referred to, but apparently a tip for a manager new to a club is to lay down the law early on, let the players know who is boss, usually by picking out a senior player and tossing them out of the club for any minor reason. Just to make an impact. CA has a whole heap to choose from. I wouldnt be surprised to see at least one of the senior players, such as Iceland, just dropped from the squad and being told to find a new club.
