Worth pointing out from his initial reaction it was pretty clear he saw the elbow on DCL, he went over to give bruno a talking to, as soon as bruno fronted him he went right into his shell and backed off, might have been a decent defender back in the day, but is the most spineless captain and leader I have ever seen, since his captaincy, fight has been a real issue, and I would suggest his leadership is part of the problem

tim Cahill would of been livid .. what a player
 
It's like "right, got a squad in front of me, none of you care that much, I'll just give this bit of material to the oldest".
It was a big disappointment for me to see that attitude continue, baines, jags, barry, williams, just doling it out to the oldest player, the captaincy is an opportunity to motivate and inspire a player in itself, do something innovative, but not everton
 
Haven't bothered to rewatch the goals so dunno if he was at fault for any of them. But I'm just sick of this defence. Should have spunked a good chunk of that Mosh monies on a new backline.
