Haven't read all the posts and I stand by to be shot down but I've said it before a few times , I'm told there is nothing in our alleged interest in Owen . As I've said before my source isn't inside everton so it's not definitive but other clubs after Owen do not believe we are a rival or have any interest in signing him . The person I know could be wrong but personally I think he'll be right

Firstly - Your always my source of information, I take your word over most and when I'm told anything i check what you have to say on the matter, I also don't like to post anything I'm told because I hate how forums work when people give knowledge/opinions.

Secondly - I know you pointed this out a couple days ago? Have you heard anything recent? I'm lead to believe a while back it was an small interest which soon cooled but this is new (Recent) interest and could well be on the cards.

Of course mate things can always change and the who market is riddled with people whether players , agents, managers , executives or journos who all lie and that's why unless you know someone in the room it's hard to be certain however on this The lad I know seems fairly confident. I would suspect if anything any money we have from Rodwell means we may look at someone (whether age , fitness , value or whatever) a little 'better' the Owen . If I get anything on targets I might be able to post in the next few days I will do. I have checked this again this morning and he still seems pretty sure, like I say it's not definitive but he seems confident on what he's saying

If you google this as a story it seems to be one of those that seems almost completely 'twitter' or forum based , no newspaper articles on a comment by sharpey we should sign him and something from a talks port pundit , not stories just opinions. There might be something in it but I'm just not sure convinced by it at all
