On Toast.

Ham banjo with attitude

Slice of generously buttered toast,
Slice of boiled ham,
Fried egg,
fried mushrooms,
Liberal sprinkling of black pepper,
salt,
Slice of boiled ham,
Slice of generously buttered toast.

For those of you trying this for the first time, the 2nd slice of toast has the butter on the bottom.:P

a far better word which i try to use as often as possible is 'tatterdemallion' which i came across whilst reading a famous five book to my daughter. i'd like to bet i'm the 1st to use it on here.

an ilk is some big horned dumb arse living in Canada, next door to CT
 
like i knew what it meant without a 'look up'

the admittedly very mainstream americanised (no Z for me) dictionary i found it on only had it with the single L.
 
i think it was , five go off in a caravan, used to describe a kid from the travelling fair, no tax disc on his horse drawn caravan and ragged clothes, although cant be certain as i've read them all too her. now onto some written by a french bloke, not as good....she says. been reading just william to little lad, originals...now thats all in old fashioned words but he loved it.
