I'll be checking the moisture content as well as the lenghth, width, texture, colouration and overall presentation, got to do it right

I'm hoping to achieve a texture and colour that resembles English mustard, so as it dries out it'll get darker and richer in in body.Also i'm expecting to find quite a lot of it up my back, so i'd best sleep on my stomach tonight.

Thinking back I think it was probably dijon mustard, I smothered it all over my chops.
